Sean Songs

This is my first album. I played all the instruments on it and sang all the vocal parts myself. Yes, even the ones that sound like a girl. Most of the songs I wrote this past year. But a couple of them { She Cries & Last Whisper} were written over 25 years ago. Jeez, where does the time go. The only reason Last Whisper even got recorded was because there was a beerfest down on Front street, and the sound of it was bleeding into my studio and picking up on the mics, forcing me to stop what I was working on. So just for fun, I recorded a song in which I would only allow myself one take, and one take only, of each instrument and vocal part. I mixed it that same night and that is exactly what is heard here. Complete with all the flubs, fumbles and fails. At the beginning, you can hear each instrument being level checked. Although it is pretty messy, I put it on the album because  I like the live and open sound it has. Also, because somewhere in there, through the bleeding mics, is Snoop Dogg. I highly doubt he would want to be here, but I don't care....... I got Snoop on my record! Anyway, I do hope you enjoy it, but if not, don't feel obligated to come up to me and tell me about it. I am currently on a "less information is better" diet, and I wouldn't want to break any rules or guidelines. Okay, well, I guess that's it, except for to say, don't forget to be nice to one another.                                                                     See ya,  Sean
